Return Policy

NO REFUNDS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 The Bae Collection has a two week exchange policy.  Exchanges are only granted when the lengths are wrong, the hair is an incorrect color or the wrong texture (ex. ordered curly received straight.) All exchanges will be issued after the initial shipment is returned. Initial shipment must not be washed, dyed, bleached or altered in any way. If hair is altered an exchange will not be granted. To receive an exchange you must email [email protected] with notice to exchange within two weeks of receiving your order.
